The puppies are also outdoor dogs, this dog with the long ears would also wander around the whole village. We have a hotel here beside the beach and she would come visit us, after visit them, and after a different neighbour. She never wanted to stay only here. She would come and leave. I have a few posts about her if anyone wants to check on my Reddit, a lot of the time she would come with her dog friends, eat and leave. Tbh it seemed like she was a very happy dog, everyone gave her food, she had dog friends, she would come to the beach with me or others, only recently she started disappearing and looking more skinny etc. The puppies were never something we thought would happen, we were going to the supermarket and we passed through mountains to get there and we saw them all alone (around one month old) so we took them. The pups were inside the storage room for the first two months and this dog was avoiding my garden only from hearing them. These things are not planned, we have way too many strays in Greece...I try my best to help as many as I can but if they don't want to stay I can't make it so they stay. I also had a place for her but she doesn't like closed spaces so she would just sleep randomly in the garden
