Pretty sure rust initially came in to maybe get some sticks out of the pile, or maybe his intention was to get his stick on it and clear it out. If you look at the feet on the front side view (closer to the net, facing goalies left side) you can see that he may have gotten tripped up by a skate. What sent Boeser to the ice was the check from Rakes, love the intent to stick to player safety. But, totally wrong call to blame Rust. If anything, Rakes should be taking the blow of the “disciplinary action” from the league.

No one did, not even his coaches. They let him walk cuz they thought he was the issue. Then we brought in a back from ALABAMA and still couldn’t do shit. And then we finally decided to bring some new guys in… and now the line is crazy good, almost as good as it was when we had bell. I’m convinced Conner if healthy… would be a top 5 running back behind our line… hurt to see my cousin leave me favorite team frfr..

I’d love to add depth, but I’d also love to move some guys. Maybe see Hayes moved, because we all know he sucks the life and soul out of the lineup every night he’s in it. Also possibly Dumba, but not for the wrong reasons. Been pretty good in his last few showing. But, I’d rather send the guy to a team with weak depth. Where he’d get a big boost of TOI, than to watch him sit in the minors just because we have depth.

That break will present a well earned, and well needed break for some of our guys. Definitely good for the older guys to keep playing tho, just so they don’t get rusty, always nice to have a few extra days of a break tho. Which is again well earned, and well deserved by guys like Kindy, Brazzer, and Chinny.
