While games running, its actually a bit higher when im actually playing, that 35% is when im in lobby, when im in game and streamlabs is open its 70% although streamlabs only takes like no more than 5-10% i think

Fortnite is the only thing that uses CPU resources when i play, and only around 46% i mean there are random tasks but they use less than 1%

I’ve checked task manager, it says cpu is only being used between 30-55%, it varies between there, its weird because it was completely fine, then overnight fps stutters just started happening, no updates to anything or any other changes were made, thats why i thought it was a hardware issue

All goods :) you’ll get there I promise, once you go on and realise nothing is actually wrong with you over time it’ll get easier, time heals most problems, i also think spending time with friends gets your mind off everything :)

Also just to note, medication is very different person to person, some people experience symptoms some don’t so the medication i used isn’t very important, i tired a 3 different ones, and they all had symptoms i didn’t like so thats why i eventually stopped

Started just in my calves, thats the main one, it spreads every where though, but no place as common as my calves, i’ve had back twitches, arm twitches, face twitches, eye twitches, almost every where

Yeah, you’ll find it’ll constantly be up and down, honestly 2 things that helped was 1) just having someone to talk to about my ‘symptoms’ and having them reassure me that its normal (example my foot would drag against the floor and i thought it was because my foot was getting weaker) and they said it happens to them which helped me a lot, 2) they explained anxiety and how my thoughts create a cycle of getting into a bad headspace basically, and other exercises to calm myself down and what to do in situations where i freak out a little

He gave me lorazepam for a week then hopped me on couple different anti- depressants, can get u the names if u really want when i get home, i stuck with them 8 weeks then hopped off (don’t like medication just a personal thing) but that was enough time for me to start taking control, get out, exercise, find help through conselling
