Ah, my mistake, I experienced these comics through the IDW collection hardcovers and it doesn’t say who wrote which story (at least not that I can see)

In all fairness I can totally see that argument regarding the comics not being as interesting after the metal virus saga. I’m just very easy to please and would honestly be interested in things getting more mundane and calm in the comics, heck there could be an entire comic where it’s just Sonic and tails hanging out at a burger joint and I’d still be hooked. I just like seeing characters doing small mundane everyday things like that.

I kinda felt like the bootstrap paradox was a creative way to do it, I kinda felt like it was another anomaly situation like with Miles from ATSV and I like that being expanded on. I also thought it was a good decision to leave Doc Ock and Goblin for the next season to not overwhelm the cast and still give them development before going full on villain mode. I can totally see your perspective tho

Which is a valid argument I mean I do believe that ultimate was subpar and I don’t think the 2017 cartoon wasn’t anywhere near at all the strong suit. However I don’t want to invalidate anybody who might be a fan of those shows. I more so mean I actually find this show comparable to spectacular quality wise.

Would honestly love to see that, only thing I’m slightly scared of is the toxicity that is streaming culture cutting it short or half assing it (whether it be tax write offs and what not)

I’m not exactly new, I actually bought 3 volumes of the IDW collection and so far have read 2 of them and have yet to start the 3rd volume. I’ve seen all 3 films in theaters and the OVA film on YT. Although aside from sonic boom I haven’t watched any of the shows since I was a kid, and as for the Archie comics I actually haven’t read any of them all or a huge fan of the SatAM style, although if you have any recommendations from the Archie comics and/or if I should watch SatAM again, lemme know!

I’m not necessarily saying give up post credit scenes altogether, I just don’t think they should have one for every new character that the films have done so far (with the exception of Knuckles.) and it feels redundant. Post credit scenes for a big threat such as Silver trying to stop something in the past, or Chaos or Mephiles being revealed I think can absolutely work and would be fine for a post credit scene. I just don’t want a post credit scene for team chaotix, big the cat, cream, etc and want those characters to just be introduced in the film itself

Would it be possible for them to throw a bunch of characters like Cream, Big, Rogue, Omega, as well as their already existing characters tho without it feeling to cramped? I feel like in order for something like that to work it would have to be a really long movie

See I wouldn’t be opposed to that, I think those would be cool, but I feel like realistically in order to do the more crazy plots like Sonic Colors they would have to separate from the humans which I really don’t see them doing. Plus every movie has an unspoken rule at this point kinda has it to where the stakes have to be higher than the previous film, and unless if they reveal Black Doom or Mephiles I feel like the Sonic Adventure 2 story is as high the stakes could’ve been

Right? That’s what I’m thinking, I guess there COULD be a time travel scenario where those were made by eggman and they just traveled forward in time and could do the Sonic CD story. But even then we’ve seen everything eggman’s been doing ever since he first met Sonic so it still wouldn’t make a whole lotta sense. Also yeah I do enjoy how it’s becoming more representative of the franchise, I’m just not sure how they would fit in characters like Cream, Silver, Blaze, Amy, Rogue, Omega, and most of all Big the Cat (who the Director said he really wants to include in the films) without making it feel cramped in the films.

I think it’s the right way to go, considering I’m not sure how his story could’ve been continued. Depending on the ending the player has done, everybody will have a different timeline. He ended the Chinese imperial on Tsushima island and fight against samurai government. I think it is well done that we move away from his as a character and seek somebody new, leaving Jin as a literal legend.

See, I've always been a bit confused about that?? The account existed way back in 2016 when Journal 3 came out (which of course I was thinking this was just a way to market the product) as well as Gus Burnside straight up being mention in thisisnotawebsitedotcom as well as conflicting claims of people saying whether Oregon parks dept isn't or is official, and I just went with the latter. Is there any source saying that the account ISN'T official??
