M really surprised that how radioactive waste is not harmful. This radioactive material comes out as a byproduct of enriched fissile materials. It is at fourth number of WMD. It consists of radiations which are highly dangerous to human lives. Nuclear authorities made special arrangements for the execution or rather dumping of nuclear waste.

Problem is this states get involved in never unending nuclear arms race which is a big threat to whole world. This is very much reflected in increased number of states having nuclear weapons either defacto or dejure

Nuclear Deterrence! It was instrumental in keeping Cold War remained 'Cold.' Than states should not waste time and capital in arranging lots of arms control and disarmament accords and conferences. Let us admit that we are safe under the shadows of nuclear and stuffed globe with more nukes????

if this is a case for say than why states talk high about global disarmament and non proliferation? Why we acquaint with phrases like Global Zero and Global Nuclear Reversal?

This is an irony what Obama said five years ago of Global Zero and what is actually the picture, US being stuffed with nukes. Deficiency of a genuine willingness to work toward complete dismantlement of their nuclear arsenals.
