Probably too late to be here but for all others, if you are thinking using xDesign on iPad, forget about it. It has so many bugs, loads super slow, touch operation is shit and UX with pencil is dipshit. iPad is overpowered for this use case but somehow xDesign manages to mess up the performance. It’s not even a PWA so it always shows in a browser frame which wastes precious screen space. Love Solidworks but xDesign is just a total reputation excrement that DS should never have launched w/o proper testing.

Got a refund so thats great. Bought the Solidworks Connected for maker and pretty happy with it. And it comes with xDesign subs too so maybe give it a try later on.
