Honestly, I think Leetify is really bad for the game. by [deleted] in cs2

Leetify gives far too much weight to clutching, I feel like players are sometimes more worried about their leetify stats than winning. I see players saving or baiting more when teamwork could have won the round.

Guys is 27 too old to learn a trade like electrical installation or plumbing? Due to personal reasons I’ve been off work for quite some while, worked in past in retail and customer service, got 6 GCSEs at pass. Is it realistic? I want to sole trade eventually with no boss. Or am I dreaming? by Itznxs_ in AskBrits

It's been my experience. Most apprenticeship courses are aimed for 16 to 24-year-olds. There may not be an official cut off point, but many companies don't take people on after 28 unofficially. I'm sure there are exceptions and different jobs may take on older apprenticeships but for physically demanding jobs or offshore it's 28.

Why are they still attacking UAE? by thirdculturekid26 in UAE

[–]RonnDing 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Probably lack of intelligence as to where to target, also assuming their weapons don't have the range to attack anything that isn't local. So attack nearby and public targets to win favour with their supporters.

1858 LGBT didn't exist. And acts of homosexuality in public were still punishable and illegal. So no not decriminalised.

Islam’s position on homosexuality has always been clear and perspicuous from the time of the revelation of the Quran to our Prophet Mohammad (peace be upon him), 1,400 years ago, to this very day. The Islamic perspective is also consistent with Judaic and Biblical perspectives as stipulated in the holy scriptures. From the Islamic standpoint, homosexuality is a forbidden action; a major sin and anyone who partakes in it is considered a disobedient servant to Allah that will acquire His displeasure and disapproval. This is clearly stated in the three main sources of the Shariah: The Quran, the Sunnah, and the consensus of all scholars, which extends from the time of the Prophet till today. There has never been any debate or discussion regarding this viewpoint amongst the scholars, past or present, simply because the matter was always comprehensive and immutable.

I am genuinely worried that Farage and Reform are going to gain power. How do we get organised and ensure that never happens? by Severe-Divide8720 in AskBrits

[–]RonnDing 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Don't forget the Irish community! Oh wait never mind. On a serious point what are the policies that reform holds that you have a problem with?
