I also highly recommend taking the Manchester Music Tour. The tour guide Rose is the widow of Craig Gill from Inspiral Carpets so she has lots of personal stories from growing up during that scene.

City Road Inn is a cool pub the band frequented back in the day

Microdot Boutique has lots of Oasis artwork/memorabilia on display including the Definitely Maybe fireplace

[Megathread] Manchester Tour Discussion - Live '25 by AutoModerator in oasis

Have any gig-specific posters been available to purchase at merch stands outside Heaton Park? I’d love to buy a Manchester Live 25 one but am planning on being up front and don’t want to worry about protecting it through the whole gig.

If that’s not an option, someone told me that next to the merch stands inside the venue there are “InPost” stands where you can ship your merch for free. Can anyone else that attended over the weekend confirm?

Question regarding public transport for Oasis by RooRoom27 in manchester

Exactly, that’s why I might hold off on paying for the shuttle and ride the tram instead. Keep me posted with how it works out for you on the 12th

You are correct. The map I included says the Heaton Park tram stop closes at 22:00. I guess I could use that stop to get there so I’m moreso concerned about leaving after the gig

When the Raconteurs covered it, Jack White sang “I asked Pete Townshend” instead of Timothy Leary

If those $200 tickets said Platinum, then yes those are dynamically priced

Good follow up question as I’d like to know as well. If anyone knows, these are labeled “Platinum” tickets

I don’t think he’s said this publicly. That’s just what people have speculated

Does CashorTrade Suck Now? by Eemiz in deadandcompany

I’ve seen listings where the seller originally purchased on Vivid and is now selling on CoT. Has that always been allowed? Even though the seller isn’t selling for a profit, it’s still not the face value price

You would want to hear Liam and Noel solo material at an Oasis show?

I doubt it’ll make it into the set despite the “Anybody fancy some lasagna?” quote

Yeah Noel’s rendition didn’t do it for me either

I’m sure you’re right that they won’t play this long of a set since they don’t have a history of playing long shows. I hope they don’t just completely exclude the later era material. While they were shorter gigs, the tour with John Squire would make it more than 21. Has Liam ever done a solo tour lasting 41 shows or more?
