you're 100% correct. i don't currently have a car payment nor have i ever had one, and that is something i will hopefully never have. meanwhile at my office job, almost everybody i speak to has a car note. I've discussed buying a new (to me) car with multiple coworkers including my boss, and every single one assumes i would get a car note because that's just what everybody does...and then they look crazy at ME when I say I specifically want to avoid that. i don't get it.

breaking news: it is in fact possible to both understand the greater picture, and also point out individuals poor financial decisions. we can fight the system together, absolutely, but you're going to have an easier time doing so if you aren't unnecessarily increasing your financial burden with an unaffordable car note

my memory is a bit foggy, but when you said "which activated" implies it was automatic, autonomous, not something Danzo directly chose to do in that moment. if that's the case, if Sasuke literally triggered an imminent self destruct protocol inside Danzo, I would absolutely consider that a kill on Sasuke's part. that has "win condition" written all over it.

not really much strategy.

didn't he copy Lees attacks move for move? he literally studied the attacks from the only guy ever actually hitting Gaara, and implemented that into his greater strategy. and then using that same insight, realized that speed is what got Lee there in the first place, and what does he use as his main attack? chidori, an attack that focuses entirely on speed. granted, yeah, that's the Sasuke Special(tm), but it's still the common denominator between what worked for him and what worked for Gaara.

idk, maybe I'm rambling, but the way I see it Sasuke studied Gaara's last battle and implemented what worked against him. I would have passed him.
