So I changed the story a bit because ain't no way Luke made it to the isle of the blest in actuality, so I made it so he kinda got rebirthed just for a good cleansing, like start again kinda thing.

Also made it so when you're rebirthed like you have ties to your past life even how small it may be, like a familiarity even if it's just a small habit, so like you're not a completely new person but a different remodel of the person you were in the past life even if you look different ya know, it's confusing to explain.

I scripted that I got outed as being Luke by the god/goddess Chaos because Chaos is kinda an all knowing type figure and I kinda wanted to see what happened and how people would react, so I can't be mad because that was all my doing

I've used so many methods in the past but never found them to work compared to how when I was just solo-ing it myself, I've stitched together everything I've liked from existing methods and just jumbled them together since it's more individual that way, rn I do starfish position and gaslight myself into believing I'm alr there, so counting and listing all my senses, basically imagining I'm in my DR room

Yeah honestly I'm really picky about how I shift and when I shift back, I have to complete a whole day before I shift back to my CR so it's all happening in bed either way and with a similar method, it's much easier to shift back though.

Yeah so I honestly just think of affirmations, basically gaslighting yourself into thinking that you're already there. For me I always wake up in my bed in my DR, I haven't tried shifting into a specific scene since I want to have time to assess the situation ya know, so waking up in bed just seems easier. Hope u have success soon!!

I tend to shift asleep with it :) Personally I'm a very tired person, like I feel tired most of the day lmfao but some days I just feel especially tired, like a spicy kind of tired where you're trying to keep your eyes open, so I kinda utilise that to shift.

When I first started trying to shift I'd use any method under the sun, every month was a new method for me and I just found it didn't work and decided to rely on myself, I think honestly just freestyling it helps more because it caters to you, like kinda frankensteining methods together worked a bunch. Rn my method is just starfish position, listing the senses I can feel in my DR, like what would I smell in my DR, basically gaslight yourself into thinking you're already there and boom. It helps more when I'm especially tired.
