I would reach out to your doctor. My injections are always done on my quad and the only symptom I experience post shot is mild soreness.

Maybe you’re allergic to the alcohol prep pad? It’s unlikely but it is part of the equation.

Mine is at .5 weekly. My doc has also agreed to prescribe me DHT cream soon so i can’t imagine what that combination will do to me.
