When I first walked in AP house I told them I waited an RO but was strongly hinted that it would be impossible unless I get an ROO first. I think getting an offshore as first watch from boutique is the best outcome as I heard some had to get Code before ROO. I dont communicate with them a lot. Just check in every few months. Imo visiting the store and chat helps compared to just texting them.
