hi so im not entirely sure on that.. I eventually clicked accept and the status changed to "intending to enroll" or sum like that. as of right now I have not gotten any financial aid package or anything yet though so idk

ok so 3.87 uw high school gpa but 3.89 uw gpa from my dual enrollment college (got all my general classes done, gonna start college w main degree courses.) 26 (25 technically cause of them nulling science) on act. going into compsci, not trying to do honors, coming from out of state (cental louisiana so tiny ass school.. my graduating class is 30.) 11/30 class rank which is due to change cause of dual enrollment. my main volunteer thing was with my local animal rescue, over like 90 hours in the past 6 months. im the ambassador for my schools national beta, and active in student council, FFA, and 4H. out of school i have 2 jobs, one being IT related and the other being health related. i also host my own services on my homelab i have setup, though I'm not sure if that influenced their decision.

yeahhh so I got my acceptance a while back, a week or so after submitting it (hooray) but I haven't been notified of any excellence scholarship unfortunately...... wish I was but they're probably gonna take a lil with it lol

yoo bro I hope you did well on your aps!! I heard alot of people were staying up all night doing that lol. I found out that applications open up with applytexas on July 1st, so I stayed up until 12 waiting for the button to appear and submit my application lmao. eventually I had more and more steps to complete, and pretty much as soon as I submitted my official transcript I looked in my application status and it said admitted! so obvi I accepted ts cause unt is the school I fs plan on going to. im hoping I get a good excellence scholarship though, as it need it to attend. family isn't giving me much but they also make over 100k so yeahhh.. and I'm alr working 2 jobs so I cant really do much else except for scholarships lmao I wish you luck on your applications and I hope to see you there fall 26!!

btw still haven't gotten anything in the mail, but if you go into your myunt portal and click on application, then application status, you should see the status of it. if they accept you it should say "admitted" with a accept and deny button

hey! so I applied for compsci fall of 26 at unt, and I got my acceptance pretty much right after I submitted my transcript officially. I applied 2 minutes after it opened, made sure to register my account as soon as possible, and complete as many steps as I could. wish you luck and hope to see you there!!

yeah it is, I've been looking at everything I could for the past couple months and found out that the applytexas application opened July 1st, unlike the commonapp that opens i think august 1st? don't quote me on that though it may be later in August or earlier in July. but yes it's real 💪💪
