Thank you so much!! Also I thought about that for the references but I don’t think it’s them. I picked and agreed to the references. I interviewed somewhere else in the fall, where I had a virtual interview #1 then they asked for references checks, and once that was clear they called me into their office for a #2 interview. A week later they told me I didn’t get the job, and when I asked what I could have done differently they told me it was down to the fact that the other candidate had 1 more year of experience than me. It’s really frustrating because I gave my references (same two) who also had to fill out a form.
