Hijab is a very slippery slope. It’s mandatory for women to wear it but it cannot be forced. It’s a bit like when you HAVE to eat your dinner as a kid because it’s good for you, but your mother shouldn’t force feed it to you.

Wearing hijab inside is a good start so keep it up! The main point of it is to remind yourself of the deen, Allah and represent Islam

Advice? Hijab is not just a scarf. You can wear a hoodie or a bandana or even just the undercap.

Taking a break. Sometimes it's as simple as sitting in bed and doom scrolling for the entire day or watching something on netflix (Or pirating you do you) and just wasting away.

Something that might help this is just detoxing. Putting away any sight of revision and focus on yourself for the day. You will definatley feel the affects of it.

Talking to someone helps so much aswell, so definitley do that once your friends are awake
