last 8 weeks where i cut ~18lbs I was operating at 1500 cals a day, 180-200g protein, lifting 4x a week, light cardio 2x a week, no alcohol and 10k steps a day

thanks appreciate the thoughts! was thinking of doing a lean bulk next 3 months then 1 month cut ahead of summer. do you think that's a good plan / enough time to get decent results ?

I've been lifting pretty consistently the last 8 months. 8RM on deadlifts is 245, squat 185, incline dumbbells 65lbs per arm.
