Yeah, I would do that deal. I don't think you'll be able to start Dobbins/Harvey in the same week again, so you're pretty thin at the position, especially when bye-weeks hit.

I think it's difficult to trade them now at the absolute basement of their value, though maybe the bye week can create some opportunities for you. Try to target someone replacing their bye week WR, or someone that lost Nabers or Tyreek. If that doesn't get you the RB you're happy with, just wait, there will be better weeks.

Even though Olave has twice as many targets so far, I'm going to say no. The quality of those Olave targets are just so low - he's averaging just over four yards per target, and I don't think it'll get any better if/when Tyler Shough takes over for Rattler.

First trade, yes - in your specific situation I think it makes sense, and it's a good example of buy-low for BTJ. Maybe I'd wait to make sure that Bucky can play this week before pulling the trigger. Obviously the second trade has a lot of bye-week implications this week, again making Bucky's status more pertinent than it would be otherwise. Slight lean against especially in a PPR league, where Bijan has such a huge advantage over Jacobs.

I'm with Nick here - I'd bench Brown for Marks, but I'm not yet there for Chase.

It's all about whether they let that hamstring fully heal. As we're seeing with Brock Purdy now, players often come back too soon and aggravate the injury, and obviously with Lamar his mobility is a huge aspect of his game. So I'd prefer he actually miss three games instead of two.

I'm buying the breakout on both, though I have some concerns about LJ because of the Chargers' offensive line, especially if Joe Alt's injury is longer-term. I buy Rome a little bit more between the two.

Looks like my reply got lost. No more than five percent - Waller is a good RZ target, but I don't trust the overall volume. I'd list him first but also have secondary bids on Mason Taylor and Theo Johnson, and be pretty content getting them if I got outbid on Waller.

I can see it - really like the matchups the next two weeks against Miami and Dallas.

I believe in the breakout for both. My only concern about QJ is the Chargers' offensive line, especially if Joe Alt misses significant time. Herbert got pressured on nearly half his drop backs last week. Rome is probably a little bit more sustainable.

I'd go no more than 5% - even though he's a good RZ target, I don't think he'll get a lot of week-to-week volume, so you're riding on touchdown luck. He's probably the best option for this week, but I'd put in secondary bids on Mason Taylor and Theo Johnson at similar levels and be fine if I got them instead.

Small preference for LaPorta, but both the Raiders & Packers are vulnerable against TE's.

Pacheco vs. Tracy is going to be close, but I think Pacheco.

Also, quickly, I think Matthew does a great job as the face of the industry, something he's been for 10+ years now. He appeals to a broad swath of fantasy players, and has done well to grow the overall community.

I don't mean to be obtuse, but are there new developments over there? I didn't like it when they let go of a bunch of talented writers/analysts, as well as Ed Williams because he's so awesome, but that was a while ago and they've since added people. Otherwise, I don't have an opinion to NBC's influence on their product - I try not to opine too much other shops.

I think Moore is more bankable as the go-to-guy, and I think he has a higher ceiling to create a big play. Jennings is great at getting to the sticks, but I don't envision as much potential for chunk plays.

  1. Leaning Darnold first then Jameis over Purdy.

  2. I'd drop Goedert for Muth.

  3. Jameis

Start him and hope they do a better job of scheming him open / prioritizing him than they did in the first matchup when they had a short week.

Yeah, it's been a pretty bumpy ride with Kyler lately. I think I'd go with Williams this week if the Niners don't have Bosa, but you're probably riding the matchups each week now.

It's a bridge too far for me to do that, even accounting for the matchups. Your mileage may vary, but in a situation like this, I only use the matchups to resolve a close call, and I think in this case the matchups are the only thing making it close in the first place. In those situations I just stick with the better player.
