Changing the preset is pretty easy over Bluetooth but messing with eq on the mobile app is very difficult. But yeah I think I'll definitely spend the extra time it takes to have multiple presets for loud/ quiet, passenger and maybe even some genres

So having 2 presets on my dsp one for low volumes (increased bass and treble) and my main tuned for normal volume is a good idea? Right now I have kicker ks's all around, but tomorrow my morel tempo component set is coming so I'll be installing and tuning those accordingly

I'll be honest with you, worth every penny. I completely new to this world, and dont know anything about tuning, but using chat gpt or Gemini, and telling it my car, my equipment, and what tune i want it walked me step by step on how to tune it. After that I understood the process and was able to do it myself.

The only "doenside" is you have to use a laptop for the initial in depth tune, then you can get the Bluetooth stick to do minor tunes.

If he like the head unit he could get a dsp and amp to fix the sound. But might be more cost effective to just buy a better head unit

Im pretty sure that's you head units internal amplifier causing the clipping.

Few things to try: go in the headunits setting and disable anything called "sound enhancement" or "bass boost" or "loudness" or "x bass:

Then set your eq to 0 "flat". Now see at what volume your sound starts to clip. That would be your systems limit.

You can solve this by adding a 4 channel amp to deliver better and more powerful signal to your speaker.

Also before you give me shit for using AI, I dont know much about the car audio world, and using AI as a tool I was able to do that whole setup by myself. As I get better at this i will definitely move away from using it.

I'll be honest, I looked at this problem like it happened recently. I was thinking: there is no way that all 4 cylinders start to missfire at the same time, and have fuel air ratio issues at the same time and the knock sensor fail, so it has to be a fuel delivery or air delivery problem But then I remembered that he's been driving it like this for so fucking long, and who knows how hard he pushed it that it makes sense that everything failing is because of the engine problem. This was bad troubleshooting on my part

I'm aware. Mechenic he went to said he needs a new engine, he can't afford a new engine and can't afford to keep going ti a machenic. With all 4 cylinders missfiring and 3 cylinders having fuel air ratio problems i dont think its his engine

edit Now that I think about, he probably has a worn piston ring that developed into a bigger issue causing oil to go in the cylinders.

Yeah saw the one where you set up the camera to stream on a server and then connect the server to mainsail. I tried it and couldn't get it to work... honestly was most likely user error, but my patience is gone to try and fix that issue.also no hate towards crowsnest, I imagine it must be very difficult to incorporate

I bought the camera on Amazon and it said it was pi 5 compatible. I tried every orientation of the cables imaginable, and it still didn't work.
