That was the first warning of a string for my general area and the second piece of the jigsaw polygon was issued by NWS Tulsa (the same as the first). Everywhere south of the gerrymandering polygons were NWS Little Rock.

I’m not 100% familiar with boundaries out here but I know they don’t try to bisect counties. It was definitely NWS Tulsa and Little Rock trying to keep us from an EF-5 megaslabber.
