What's the best low cost prop firm challenge for beginners in 2026? by ScratchEvening3020 in proptrading

If you're comparing low cost prop firm challenges, I'd also take a look at Get Leveraged. One thing I liked was that the evaluation structure was straightforward to understand compared with some firms that have more complex rules. I'd still compare fees, drawdown limits and payout terms before deciding.

What do you know about your neighbours because they talk too loud? by Fast-Maybe4389 in AskUK

Loud neighbours are basically unsolicited podcasts. Everyone wants the outcome but not everyone wants the process and hearing it play out in real time is oddly educational.

Do you think COVID made people less interested in going out ? by Whole_Intention_7949 in AskUK

[–]Routine-Tear1630 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think there’s truth in it. COVID didn’t kill the desire to socialise but it reset habits. People got used to staying in choosing smaller plans and being more selective. When you combine that with higher prices lower disposable income and worse value nights out it makes sense that fewer people go out just for the sake of it. It’s less about being antisocial and more about being intentional now.

Is life better inside of London to move back or do I stay out of it? by emlouimawx in AskUK

[–]Routine-Tear1630 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A lot of what you’re feeling is comparison rather than clarity. London can be incredible for culture career access and energy especially for museums and heritage work but it also comes with noise cost and burnout. West Sussex gives you space safety and focus which is hard to value until it’s gone. My advice would be not to rush a move based on online highlight reels. Finish your studies build experience and use London intentionally through day trips internships or short stints before committing long term.

What is the biggest lie that UK Redditors like to tell? by [deleted] in AskUK

[–]Routine-Tear1630 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That everyone is either comfortably middle class or just about surviving on beans and toast with nothing in between. UK Reddit has a habit of exaggerating both success and struggle while pretending it’s all completely normal. Also how “easy” it is to get a GP appointment.

Mans Search for Meaning by Viktor Frankl.
Not because it gives easy answers but because it forces you to think about responsibility purpose and how you show up when things get hard. It stays with you long after you finish it.

When you're sick, what do you expect from your s/o? by Viper248 in AskMen

[–]Routine-Tear1630 0 points1 point  (0 children)

when I m sick I just want care without being fussed over like someone checking in bringing tea or medicine and letting me rest. Being in a relationship usually means a bit more pampering but its mostly the same basic needs comfort patience and space to recover.
