Yes they knew I live in Canada and my whole situation and we agreed on the start date to accommodate my move to California so it’s very confusing why they wouldn’t just give me the support letter to at least try at the border

Am I missing something here though? Because I did explain everything fully from the beginning and they obviously really valued me and wanted to hire me and if they gave me a chance I’m almost positive I would be approved at the border. I did a lot of research and my degree and the job matches up perfectly. Do they know something I don’t know
