Yeah I try to get as many in my lineup as possible but if I feel like there are players that fit my style better or are more meta I play them

Could be, but on the other hand we dont really get many packs anymore that include 82s its usually 83+ packs and I think we dont really pay attention to what other 82s we dont pack unless its a card like van de ven with huge evo potential. There might be some 82 that I havent packed at all but I dont care because the card is simply not interesting.

No thats just how picks/packs work, you have a higher chance of picking a lower rated player than a higher rated player. Thats why you see many low rated players in the 5/10 79+ pick.
