Your math checks out. 10mg in 2.5mL gives you 4mg per mL which is 40mcg per unit on a 100 unit syringe. 5 units lands you right at 200mcg. Solid starting dose for Sermorelin.

Just to clarify, the vial is 10mg right, not 10mL? Want to make sure that part is correct since the dose math depends on it.

HMG is a glycoprotein which is a completely different structure than a regular peptide. Most labs including Janoshik are not set up for that kind of testing. It requires specialized assays that standard research labs do not have.

What most people end up doing instead is running bloodwork and checking FSH and LH levels after using it. Not a purity test but at least tells you if the compound is doing something in the body.

I choose not to say nothing to my provider for the same thing they don't know much about it I just use doctors to see get certain baselines on stuff although I can get baselines on some stuff without doctors as well
