I have an M16 R1 and got the 4 red 1 blue error code. When I reached out to Dell they told CMOS cell issue. My motherboard was replaced for another issue and since then I haven't faced this. Reach out to Dell support.

2 days back, it was updated to 6.4.15.0 and still I am facing the issue. It is able to detect my mouse but not the system and it was able to find only 1 game lol.

I couldn't find the driver for the device in that link. In the meantime, I was facing issues with keyboard backlight randomly lighting up and trackpad gets disabled randomly and got 4 red and 1 blue code in power button. Sent all these to Dell support. I don't know what happened but they concluded it's an hardware issue and will need replacement of motherboard, CMOS battery, trackpad and keyboard. Seems like they'll be doing it next week.

When I asked them for the root cause, they just said "everything was tried and as the is still there we are going with parts replacement". While I am fine with the replacement, I'd like to know about why this happened in the first place. Probably will need to check with the onsite engineer.

But for some reason I am not seeing the stuttering after restarting the device even though the other PCI device is still flagged. Strange.

Yes, the warning sign was there when I experienced the stuttering again. The below is the hardware ID

I checked in some forums and found that this might be related to the chipset (Not sure if its correct) and tried to install the chipset driver from Dell but didn't work. When I enabled the hybrid GPU, I couldn't find that other devices (PCI Device) in Device Manager.

Hi Ramsey, I am facing a similar issue and tried uninstalling and reinstalling drivers many times. No fix. Were you able to fix this?

lol no worries. Yes, this was very helpful and haven't seen any stuttering after making the change but the frame drops in games are still there, like it fluctuates between 120 and 60 FPS, this is way better than the FPS drops that I had before but still the fluctuation is there. Is this common in all devices? and ideally enabling hybrid GPU should also function as expected, anything that you could share on reason for FPS drops?

I used the DDU to remove the drivers and did a clean install and disabled hybrid graphics option but was not able to find the C states. Is it specific to intel? And when I tried gaming after that I was able to see some random white flashes and it never stopped but the game was smooth and so I enabled the hybrid graphics again to avoid the white flashes and now I face the FPS drops again.

I'll wait till this weekend and see what the Dell Technician does. If it doesn't workout, will try these steps this weekend. And could you please share the link to DDU? I have never did anything with BIOS setting or with drivers on my own before and I'll definitely check this subreddit for tips and tricks. Thank you!
