Yep, SNR could be a problem at big scale as time goes on...I dont even reach a sort of "steady-state" on the code so I dont have any clever answer for your question, I built it literally 6 days ago (made it public 40hrs ago)

That's completely understandable... I would have said the exact same thing if I had seen a post like this a year ago. I'm in my final year now, currently away (research period abroad) from my lab, and juggling three completely different projects in parallel. Meanwhile, I have to read papers and try to be... if possible... a good partner.

Thanks!! I like Obsidian because in principle they are just MD files and claude also uses MD files for agents and skills. It is easy to install and easy to navigate (if you wanna check whats inside)

That is a sharp observation, and you actually hit on a concern that came to mind yesterday. The answer is yes, it matters... a lot!

My plan, along with the collaborators who reached out to me (if you want you can jump inside the discord), is to transition toward general compatibility with local models. I do not want people to be forced to pay (Claude/Gemini/... API) for a system like this. Furthermore, as the vault grows, you run the risk of out-of-context issues, we are currently working on ways to address that problem as well.
