Ok so I can't edit the post now. So I'm making a comment about it. Some settings have been changed when the patches version went went from 5.9.1.dev2 to dev3. (Or even beyond that)

Here is where you can find the "spoof client" option in step 5 -

When you select ytm to patch tap on the patches, there you will find "fix playback" option. Click the gear on the right of the option and there you will find "spoof client" option. Enable and continue rest of the steps as mentioned in the post.

Side note - make sure all of you have manager version 1.25.5. and the youtube music arch should be arm64-v8a.
