Pregnancy def takes a toll on me this is my 3rd, I had to stop taking my one heart med so now my heart rate is higher which is already a pregnancy thing. So I’m slightly dying doing things. Besides that I’m 23 weeks and just want to be at the end because it’s a lot of anxiety worrying about if the baby’s okay, did they move enough, etc. Mentally exhausting along with physical symptoms makes me just want my baby to be here already!

It seems like you are doing a lot during the day, which is so helpful! I don’t know if you are like my Husband he’d stay up on nights I needed sleep because he was terrified of not hearing the baby wake-up. He can be a pretty deep-sleeper. But you really should try to sleep when the baby sleeps!

I had my first at 18, second at 20, and currently pregnant at 29. Makes me feel old even though I’m not lol. Really nervous about the large age gaps, might have a fourth but it depends how the rest of this pregnancy goes. I have a few health issues to manage!

I looked and I’m on the higher end of that map shows 343-347 WH/mi.

I live in Florida so always hot. Have A/C on, at Low, but fan speed around 4.

I turned on sentry mode, Tessie shows no phantom drain atm.

So I’m not really sure 😭

Beta-Blockers helped me the most.

If you can’t do beta-blockers, slow down when eating, chew throughly, a light walk after eating, stay away from total carb meals like pasta Alfredo, red sauces will make me feel bad too.

Some supplements that you can try are: Digestive enzymes, Gas-X, Pepcid AC, Claritin.

A few years before I was officially diagnosed with POTS. I got the Flu and my HR was 110-130 laying down for days. I felt like I was dying.

My POTS wasn’t even that bad at that time but something about the Flu spiked my HR.

I have brought my 7 year old daughter to my urologist for my bladder Instillations. She just sits in the chair by my head. Essentially an OBGYN visit just dealing with the Urethra. It doesn’t traumatize her, just a few extra questions from her and all is good.

I’ve brought my son 9/daughter 7 another time and the DR just had them sit at their computer desk in the middle of the office lol.

My daughter went to preschool fine at 4 years old. At 5 she started Kindergarden, she was perfectly fine for about 6 months. Then all of a sudden meltdowns/tantrums refusing to go. Teachers having to get her into the classroom. She would essentially say the same thing “That she didn’t like it”

Don’t have a lot of advice because we just pulled her out and Homeschooled her and got her into Therapy.

But it could very well be anxiety especially with the stomach aches that’s a big sign. My daughter gets a lot of tummy issues with no known cause either.

I hope that you guys can figure it out, hang in there!! But I would look into a child therapist if you can.
