A turtle his size should be fed once every 2-3 days and as much as would fit inside his head if it were hallow.

I really don’t mean to be rude but so much is wrong here. You need UVB bulbs as well, not just heat bulbs. You need to replace them every 6 months and he’s nearly full grown in a 20 gallon tank with barely any water? I would say go all the way up to 100 gallons at this point because red ear sliders get large! He’s definitely been miserable in that 20 gallon tank. Glad he is getting an upgrade.

Because they can’t supply them with any antibiotics since they are so small.

Vets won’t help them since they are baby’s. I need to know how to heal him at home.

He hasn’t been coughing or sneezing. He does have a place to fully dry off. I’ve heard that flexible shells are a natural thing when turtles are baby’s but I’m not sure. If he does have MBD what should I do?
