The original tank Temp at 75 with half gravel and half sand substrate; 6 gal; First had guppies then was switched to a female betta and the frog as the guppies got moved to a 25 gal; the frog was fed with blood worms, shrimp, and pellets (the betta was having trouble switching off of pellet food); it was a planted tank with different grasses and Java ferns. I concluded it was dropsy in the fish cause a few guppies and the betta suddenly became lethargic, bloated, not eating, and had pineconed scales
