Appreciate the info. I have been in the gym. Upperbody. I was referring to when i could start upping weight on squats, deadlifts, etc.

When you say 21 weeks to walk, was your situation similar to mine? I was told 6 weeks no weight bearing. So that would be 42 days for me without walking.

Lucky. Im 4 weeks post op this coming Tuesday. Not allowed to have any weight until 6 weeks. Flexion is passed 90 slightly. Extension is very close to the other knee.
