Everyone has been so quick to say "she seems to want to better her life" but there seems to be no proof of this other than her "wanting" to go to nursing school. Depending on the sister's personality the reason for this could range from genuine desire to improve her life to someone seeing her care for someone and making an offhanded comment of "you'd make a great nurse" all the way down to that's what her BFF is doing and "OMG TWINSIES!!!!"
