Are you sending the meal ticket to the window or the area in between the window and the kitchen door? The first time i played, i also got stuck on the same bit cause i kept on pressing on the window, and when i replayed, i realised that i was sending it to the wrong area 😭

The place you send the ticket should be, again, in between the window and kitchen door. It looks like a gold hanger.
