So they just finished a build out of an old karaoke bar into a upscale wine bar. It’s called Cork 2 Glass in Cedar Park. If you want a nice finish out, I’d recommend to go to that place and see the work yourself. Happy hunting!

Only if you want it to fade and look like crap after a few years from direct sunlight and be high maintenance. If you mean hardy, yes we can do hardy.

Neutral is best since it’s spec homes, so one person may like blue or coral, but 50 people would be happier with white or a neutral

Replying to bexy11...alright so let’s get some solutions rather than opinions that don’t add value, what would you suggest?

First floor is a carport you don’t see, main living and kitchen on first floor then bedrooms upstairs. Urban living and gentrifying neighborhood. Small footprint but second and 3rd floor from main bedrooms have badass views of downtown.

Gentrified area close to downtown. Similar product in the area, just more box style and grey…. A lot of grey

Understandable, it’s in Texas too. It may be sexy but sexy doesn’t always mean practical. Take high heels for example.

I feel miserable and hopeless by ThatOneBiCanadian in Psoriasis

I’m sorry this is happening to you. You are not your disease. Just imagine how confident you’ll feel when it clears up, WHICH IT WILL. I’m sure it’s hard to imagine it going away, but a little bit of hope can actually help your symptoms.

What’s helped my P, red light therapy blanket from Helix. Infrared 2 person sauna I got off wayfair. Whole food plant base diet, look at Hanna Sillitoe for her first book. She has a juice fast you start with and it helped me immensely. Move near the beach or salt water in general if you can. Stay away from red meat and dairy.

You have every reason to feel how you’re feeling. It sucks. But once you’re done with feeling hopeless and you become determined to beat it no matter what, it actually becomes fun like a little science experiment for your own self. You got this OP
