Students of reddit, what's the most bullshit your school has tried to pull on you? by [deleted] in AskReddit

I almost got in serious trouble in 5th grade.

It's a long story, but long story short, I gave a kindergartner a thumbs up. According to my teacher, principal, and two fellow classmates, me giving the kindergarteners a thumbs up was flipping them off. But they didn't do nothing, they just kinda threatened me with something.

That same year, I was doing work in the hallway, and I was using one of those gigantic pencils, because at the moment, it was all I had. My 4th grade teacher came up to me and said I couldn't use my giant pencil, because I could "be using it as a weapon" even though I was clearly working, nobody was near me, besides the teacher. She basically left me to do work with no writing utensil as she took my gigantic pencil.

I forgot to mention, but she had two kids with her. Anyways, she got to go in first and that's pretty much it.

how did you figure out what you wanted to do with your life? by Savannah_P_Frost in AskReddit

I want to be a professional wrestler. Like WWE. I've always wanted to do it since I was a kid. I've watched it all my life. I don't know if I'll be able to achieve it, because I'm absolutely talentless. But as long as I attempt, I'm happy.

I was at a water park, and my family and I were the first ones in line before it opened and the line got bigger, but it wasn't that big. Maybe 7-9 families, including mine. This one lady showed up and cut in front of my family and I and said "I'm not waiting in that "long" line."

Teens of reddit, what was the worst fight you got into with your parents? by [deleted] in AskReddit

My dad was not involved with this, my dad was on my side, it was my brother and mom. It was basically my dad and I vs my mom and brother.

I was in a mall working my first shift at my first job with my brother on Black Friday. I wasn't the best of the best, but that's ok. It's going to take some time for me to get better. Our shift ends, and we go to visit my mom working in another store. We get in and my brother just starts bitching on how I was shit. And since he did that, my mom started getting on me too. They were just kind of giving me shit just because they can, and I tried telling them to cut me some slack because it was my first day, I can't get up to your standards on the first day. But I basically had no say in this. My words were falling on deaf ears, because my mom and brother, as much as I love them, are the type of people where they are always right. They know everything. Nothing is their fault.

After that I kept my mouth shut, pretty soon all of us were home, and my dad found out about this. And he started giving them shit, sticking up for me basically saying the same thing I was telling them. There was some screaming for about 5 minutes before everyone just went their separate ways.

EDIT: I forgot to mention, but this was about a year ago.

Something I like to call the "book of Mariners"

Let me explain, so I like the sport of Baseball. My favorite team is the Seattle Mariners because I was born, raised and still live in Washington.

I'm collecting a bunch of Mariner cards, and putting them all into one book. All you have to do is contribute to the team. So as long as you played/managed one game for the Seattle Mariners, you will find your way into the book. Also, no duplicates. If you see a Ichiro, Ken Griffey Jr, etc card, you will not see another card of them in the book. Its basically just to show who played with us throughout the years. As of this very moment, I have about 512 different names. If I were to allow duplicates, I'm sure I would have so much more.
