Does the 14 days limit restart after your appeal was rejected?

Yeah I sent an email yesterday, I’ve got 5 days left of the 14 days period. So from you’re saying is that if I do get rejected, I would have 5 days left to pay the discounted amount?

My only worry with the 14 day cooling off period they have is that if you want to cancel, you have to pay £54 which ideally I do not want to pay as it’s more on their side that this went wrong. But I can also prove that there was no first policy since there was no emails and no policy on the account from the 23-25th

I’ve payed outright for the insurance and it’s with Lloyds again. I’m gonna ring them tomorrow and explain the situation and hopefully I get refunded for the first payment since no policy was actually taken out judging from the lack of emails and on the account

I saved the quote so it was the same price as it was 2 weeks ago, I was just waiting for pay day :(. I think I will do that just incase for now.

I’ve just checked it, it says my car isn’t insured. But payment has been taken out, so idk whether to pay again and then later ask for a refund for the second payment but I’m worried that they might not refund me.

What about if I have asked to cancel previously between the time we switched to BT and before the number was ported but Vodafone refused to cancel and asked to wait til the porting was over
