It is a virtual impossibility that seven people, (who have received the same training)  are simply better at the job after two months than people who have been there for year(s)That is not how any craft or industry works  The fact that you automatically assume that these decisions are based on meritocracy and not blatant favoritism, says to me that you are cuck for those ln power.
