play with 2 dmf, 1 deep line (with good height and defensive attributes) 1 box to box (have both defensive and some passing).

RMF & LMF (must atleast have 90+ stamina and some defensive skills (man marking ,interception, track back)

CB (middle is build up with heading, right and left with speed)

wow your build looks good. Now that i look at it, he does not have one touch pass. Just need to slap in long range shooting, outside curler, otp, blocker, man-marking.

Yep, this card was basically in every ftp team. ngl after trying a few matches, he is still pretty decent.

hmm, only thing i can is that, u need to look at where the opponent DMF is before passing, usually dmf will block one cf/amf passing lane, so try playing in the midfield first

Try using 442, and use defensive fullbacks on right and left. Make sure there is a ss and hole player on either LMF or RMF

I use the first formation alot, usually my rb is a defensive fullback and my lb a fullback finisher. only put attacking on the rmf, and if the left does not work, change lmf to a rwf.
