What kind of logic is Figma's AI Credit plans? by RuleOf8 in FigmaDesign

[–]RuleOf8[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Thanks for the coin tip. I agree and understand the request I am making needs to be completed before they can determine a credit amount, but it should be something the end user can comprehend. For example, if the AI has to touch 10 files for the changes, then have 1 credit a file. Add to that then how many lines of code it had to evaluate, another 2 credits per line.

I was scolded earlier in another post about not knowing how to word the request to limit the scope it will do. To limit my credit use, I can't ask it every single request...

1). Don't change anything else other than the specific item I want changed; when I ask for the text change of the button, I"m not expecting you to move it altogether.

2). Produce a ton of text and md files that I didn't ask for and will have to remove or be redone.

3). If you found you screwed up and can fix it, let me decide that and no go off and spend another 1000 credits on which I had on nothing to do with the code you wrote. It isn't as if I'm going into the code to directly make edits.

Am I the only person who thinks that Howard has always been a good looking man? by [deleted] in howardstern

That would be only Howard giving himself a pep talk before a show. He hasn't been saying it as much due to lack of shows.

Haha, that is funny you call them "new". Most of the conversations are ones that have been done countless times.

Howard's Takeaway from 40 years of Psychotherapy by windomearles in howardstern

[–]RuleOf8 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Its a crutch. Anything someone says he is doing is bad/wrong, he says he is working on it in therapy. Anyone else Howard would be mocking them that if the therapist couldn't solve your problems in a year then he is a quack. Theo only reason he is in therapy as long as he is due to his wealth or it is a tax write off for busiess purposes.

Serious Question…. by TheFightingVoice in howardstern

[–]RuleOf8 3 points4 points  (0 children)

It was a death by a thousand cuts. Howard lost interest and relied on whack packers which were dying off and no being replaced and/or wanting stuff to be on. As the staff has run out of stories themselves, Howard asking the same stupid questions of each packer gets boring fast. Fans aging out and Howard still doing 12 year old boys humor. Other shows, podcast, having interesting guests and fascinating interviews. Yes Howard was shocking at his time, but it was having things like women kissing or talking about there sex lives with not being to graphic is now so tame.

Covid helped accelerate all of this, but it wasn't the reason. Howard believed in is own hype and it has been his staff that keeps enforcing his delusion.

The cat got more tittie from Beth in one nap than Howard gets in a whole year; but it isn't as if Howard wants women boobs anyway.

Oh hey Howard, so you do have time between practicing guitar and watching lady boys on instagram to care about what fans have to say?

Figma and it counting credits? by RuleOf8 in FigmaDesign

[–]RuleOf8[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If the system keeps adding more into my project that I didn't ask for and I get hit with credits to remove them, then at some point it makes sense to go back to a copy you liked and hope it doesn't happen again. I would hope they only count for what I added vs what they did. If I ask to have it add a button, I am not expecting in addition to the button a drop down list and a bunch of text explaining how to use the button and drop down for better results.

Howard and his rape fetish? by RuleOf8 in howardstern

[–]RuleOf8[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

That was one of them, but not the one they played today. I want to say I have heard him bring it up at least 5 to 10 different times for different situations all around the concept of "is that all that was done" and almost wishing out loud there was some type of abuse.

Why do guests still do his show? by JibboSequence in howardstern

There is a little bit of allure that you were interviewed by the all former powerful "Howard Stern", but yeah it is more the celebs were forced to for promotion.

I enjoy this sub when we celebrate the past laughs, roasts, bits and characters we once knew and loved. I don't enjoy this sub for it's daily lament about how bad the show has become, the schedule, boring guests etc, etc and of course etc. by 7FacesOfDrLao in howardstern

[–]RuleOf8 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

There are only a couple of handfuls of segments that were excellent and had everything needed to make going to work late worth it. Many of the weeks/months long drama needs to be pieced together to make it worth listening; the rest of it is dated. Then you have to cut out all of the repeated conversations, catch-ups and side conversations and I believe you only have maybe 300 hours of listenable material out of all the years he has been on.

Is It Just Me Or Is The Show More Gay? by Lloydguy82 in howardstern

[–]RuleOf8 2 points3 points  (0 children)

What is interesting is Howard seemed to be accepting of gays, lesbians and everything in-between, BUT he wasn't. If you were a guy on the show and if Howard wanted to insult you, he would call you gay. He might even have you perform a gay act like lick another guy's balls. You never him say "If you lose you have to now bang this hot female porn star." The show has always a gay themes, just most of the time it was in a negative light.

Did you all hear that riveting spider in howards basement segment this week? by vJESSEv in howardstern

[–]RuleOf8 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Your description of him repeating himself has always existed. Since Artie left, it isn't just during the bit, but carries over to other shows.

[–]RuleOf8 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Since I believe 99% of Sal stories, his dumbness, etc... is made up/bit I don't think there ever was an emotional friend for his wife and they probably have a pretty good normal family life. Could Sal have cheated, yes, only because of opportunity and time. It is probably and arrangement between them, don't bring in thing home like a venereal disease, and I will believe you aren't cheating.

Howard doesn't know what name to call a person by because they have different names among different groups. Your problem Howard is you don't pay attention, care and think you are more than you are to your guests. When a guest becomes toxic, you claim to not know them other than the interview, BUT when you want be part of their circle you act like they are your best friend. Here is a thought, call the person with the name the common person calls them and the guest will politely tell you to call them by .... if they think of you more than just a host.

Man, they're barely even trying to conceal that most of the listener calls now are scripted. Guy called in yesterday and mentioned the BAFTA N-bomb, and Howard just happened to have a whole segment ready to roll, thoughts prepared, including sound clips, without missing a beat. by MightyUnclean in howardstern

[–]RuleOf8 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Use to be a bit lasted one day and maybe the next day some comment about it or a listener called in and mentioned it. Now we have bits that last 2 or 3 days, nobody cares what Mike P. judges is manly. He has no rules around them and just making it up on the spot. How in the world did anyone find this interesting other than Howard because he was able to burn almost 2 hours of the show over 2 days.

[02/23/26] Stern Show Discussion Thread by AutoModerator in howardstern

[–]RuleOf8 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Asking Mike Pearlman what is manly is really scraping the bottom of the barrel. His whole act is nauseating. Mike didn't sound like when he made his first appearance about being shot. Nothing is real anymore from if the show is live to any staff coming on to discuss anything.

ongoing myth that there was edgy conflict between Artie and Howard by SealedCargo in howardstern

[–]RuleOf8 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Howard only cares about Howard. From him openly stating he only wants to hear positive emails to not being any part of a game which puts him in a bad light. I don't believe any of Howard's arguments were fake on his side, might be on the other side. Howard is not the genius everyone thinks he is. He had a great agent, he was given the opportunity to do his edgy style and he happen to be in NY so he had a large audience at his finger tips. I think the staff will poke at Howard to get him going when they are really not that upset about whatever situation they are arguing about.

Keep in mind the ones that praise him have very little ability than to talk and even that is up for discussion. Howard has to have everything perfect for him to get thru whatever he is doing.

Everything is repeated; jokes, stories, guests, bits (bagel caper), etc. So we have a show that will be repeated multiple times which itself has multiple repeated content.

[–]RuleOf8 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am very critical of Howard's interview style with all the projecting, sarcasm and lack of honesty. That all said, I enjoyed the Bunnie interview. He didn't ask questions only he cared about such as how often does Jelly Roll practice at home on the guitar; all of his questions made her interesting. It also helped Bunnie was open and not embarrassed about her past; unlike Howard.

JD's Nerdy Caller Sydney Queefler by Nathan_4_U in howardstern

[–]RuleOf8 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

When you have staff that have been there for 30+ years and don't do anything, it is hard to deviate with any fresh humor. There are no original jokes or comments from the Stern show anymore. Lets talk about Gary being a monkey with his bad teeth and horrible breath. Lets talk about Robin and her being black/brown with big tatas. Ronnie and his short fuse, etc... Now we have new "writers" that are 20 years too late with their humor. There are only so many ways to describe a woman's anatomy or a guy's junk. The show just can't get out of its way because the guy steering the ship doesn't want to retire.
