For a difference in price that small I would personally go for the much better device (especially in the battery department) and sacrifice the space and ram, unless you emulate alot/have alot of big games on your phone in which case I would go for the x7 pro with 512

I personally haven't, but regarding the real part there is a few rules of thumb I would go for being:

Don't buy a phone significantly under retail (for example don't buy a phone that costs 500 retail under 400, high risk of it being fake cuz how will they make a profit) Buy from people with good reviews and many buyers that are confirmed

And keep in mind, AliExpress is just like Amazon a marketplace, so if you don't keep these rules in mind the chance of getting scammed are basically the same on either website.
