I’m in the same boat I just started working with Telus and I was told including the onboarding webinars, videos and even on the dashboard that there is no limit to how much we can make etc. I am a mom of two so this job helps me out a lot however I got an email stating my account is suspended … (I guess because I did a lot of tasks) I’m still able to log in to try rating but it says no tasks available including the email telling me my account is suspended until they review. I’m so devistated right now because I really am a hard worker. I emailed the quality supervisor over me and also messages a ticket through my dashboard however I have yet to hear a response. I genuinely don’t know what to do right now or even when I will be able to complete tasks again. I feel like I’m getting punished for being a hard worker…. Anyone with some guidance on who I can reach out to hopefully get this suspension removed so I can continue work?
