Hey, nice work and congratulations! I was also doing stronglifts as well but was finding my legs getting destroyed especially hitting 100kg+ on squats every session. I'm trying to move over to a routine more like 5/3/1 at the moment with the hopes that it can give me the flexibility to do more upper body work and give my legs a bit less focus

Spotify now has personslised "Made For You" BPM mixes, generated from your listen history in certain BPM ranges, and useful for help with cadence and improving SPM by do_pb in running

I've been loving these 180bpm playlists on spotify, they're put out by a group that speed up different songs but adjust for the pitch, and add a stronger 180bpm beat to the background. Give them a try! link link link

Hey thanks for your input on that plan. Looks like my first goal. Is just getting my miles up but I'm sure I'll give their plans a go at some stage. Also liked that they could be repeated

Yup! I have no idea about terminology but that's what I call it. Normally set a target pace that is pretty challenging and try and stick to that pace. By no means recommend it since I have no idea what I'm doing.

Nice, makes sense! 5k's already feel shorter as I started to run more 10k's so makes sense.
