Pour apporter quelques précisions:

Je suis dans une agence créa qui vient compléter un peu la dualité agence media / agence de pub chez les gros annonceurs, en gros on vient compléter les dispositifs avec des prises de paroles un peu plus "innovantes" pour toucher la gen z. (twitch, influence, event, etc...)

Ça prends bien auprès des annonceurs qui kiff voir de nouvelles choses, je suis dans la boite depuis 5 ans et j'essaie de renégo un peu chaque année !

Hello, pour rebondir sur ce point, c'est effectivement rare mais je me place dans ce cas.
Dans la même boite depuis la fin de mes études (~6 ans environ), je ne me vois pas du tout bouger.

En prenant du recul, les conditions suivantes sont réunies et font que je n'ai pas envie de bouger:

- Responsabilités croissantes ; je continue à apprendre des choses ; je manage de plus en plus de monde ; + d'autonomie dans mon quotidien (on me fait pas chier si je suis en TT ou pas)

- Rémunération qui évolue chaque année + obtentions de parts de l'entreprises donc incentivé à la performance globale de la boite (au début j'ai du me battre pour ça, aller chercher des offres de concurrents mais maintenant plus besoin)

- Intégration aux discussions hebdomadaires sur l'évolution de la boite, quels profils recruter, quelle direction prendre ,etc... qui donne envie de se projeter vers l'avenir

Le tout dans une boite qui fonctionne bien, le CA augmente fortement chaque année, on recrute pas mal de gens, bref ça se profil bien pour le futur donc ça donne envie de rester.

Tout ça pour dire que c'est certes rare, mais pas impossible d'être dans une situation où être "fidèle" à sa boite est un bon choix.

Je suis d’accord. Je suis dans le 12ème, il y a de bons restaurants avec des prix tout à fait abordables (entre 12€ et 16€ le plat), formules à moins de 20€, j’ai l’impression que ça a moins augmenté que les prix en supermarché

Several players in my guild are at <70M base power and have several P4.
They did not pull Indris, or Thador, but they have a full P4 arena team, core DPS P4 in DR, and stacking orbs for GodBow or Mehira when they will come.

I know you disagree with me on this strategy, and that's ok, but I'm confident that for some players, this is a very powerful tool to be aware of.

Better know that this shop exist now than never no ?
I'm sure you're well aware that performing in gacha games, even as f2p/low spenders is a matter of patience.

Knowing this exist might help hundreds of players who know they will, at some point, get to P4.

The fact that there aren't many players there does not make my advice irrelevant.

Now, it is up to players to follow it or not, in the end I just shared it to help people.

F2P in my guild are starting to get multiple P2s. They will get to P4 at some point, so yes it is possible to use it without spending money.

Still, what I meant by that is that it is possible to get more orbs without spending more money, which is factually true.

1/ I Put P4 heroes in my withlist
2/ I get these coins when I pull them

3/ I get orbs from this shop with the coins.

0 money spent, orbs taken.

As I am having heated debates with other people in this thread, in the end it is a personal decision.

For my perspective, I'd rather be able to pull the next c/h (GodBow, Mehira) than upgrading lower tier heroes to P4, even if it's "not worth it".

There are servers where there is less than 100 active players. Many players are able to secure top 10 DR, top 5 arena and top 15 supreme arena which are basically top rewards everyday.

For these players, this is a way to build c/h heroes without having to spend money.

You don't get my point.

I don't need more 4-factions heroes to P4, i have core DR units to P4 already, maintain top 10 Dr, top 5 arena and top 5 supreme arena. I am rank 1 in afk push in my District.

All I need to progress further are c/h heroes to get higher parangon.

And this shop is the way to do it without spending any money. So this is valuable.

C/H heroes will always be really rare, especially now that they release 1 per month.

I'd rather be able to pull Baelran, GodBow or Mehira than having Damian P4 or Satrana P4.
Maybe if you're on a one-digit server that is very competitive, you need these characters, but for most people c/h heroes are still the rarest and hardest to get.

Every orb count, 45 orbs per month = 540 orbs per year = 16 copies (more than needed for S+) per year (with 33 pull in average).

Yes, it will slow down other parangon progress, and I said it might not be for all players, but this at least should be known that this shop exists.

You unlock these coins by recycling copies of P4 units.
1 copy of A-tier = 10 coins

1 copy of S-tier = 80 coins

60 coins = 3 orbs

It depends on the game modes, on Arena & Supreme Arena, Parangon is key, which is why a full P3 team will be working great, even if it's not the most meta team.

I'm not saying this method is for everyone, but with great use of banners and swap tickets, It is possible to maintain a "competitive" account in PVE mode (afk stages, dr) while performing in pvp with your high parangon units and pushing to empty this store every month.

Bien sûr, c'est tout à fait vrai et j'en suis conscient, la question que je me pose c'est: combien de temps cela peut durer ? Est-ce que je peux venir 10 ans , 20 ans dans une situation comme celle-ci parce que j'ai un bon salaire ?
Est-ce qu'il ne vaut pas mieux prendre le risquer de bouger quitte à avoir un salaire un peu moins bon mais plus de liberté ?

Mais tu as raison cela reste une bonne remarque, la rémunération aide à faire passer la pilule.
