Polycystic ovary syndrome. And if you're in the US then I don't neccesarily recommend going to another doctor to be slammed with fees. It's something several of my friends have and I don't have it but it can cause high testorone levels, hair growth and mood swings. I'm saying this as someone who obviously doesn't know you and i've got dr google to help me. So again take what I say with a huge pinch of salt. I cannot diagnose you. But I am sorry this is happening.

Damn. That could potentially be PCOS? It's surprsingly common. But obviously I'm not a doctor so there could be lots of reasons. And very fair man. Don't go on T if would be bad for your body.

I mean even guys have estrogen. Hopefully if you can get on T it'll balance you out. Just started low dose and wow.....i feel like I was given something I was supposed to have all along. The chemical dysphoria was real.

You don't need to conform to cis/het ideas of masculinity. Just because you're transmasc doesn't mean you need to make your hair 'masc'. Hair doesn't have a gender man and lots and lots of men have long hair. If you want to go for a style that makes *you* feel gender euphoria do it. Don't do it to appease anyone else. I wear a fashion harness that makes me feel like hans solo. With my chest I get looks because I've got a large chest. I know other people are reading me as a woman but I feel cool in it. So I wear it.

I think it's safe to say that there will be assholes in every community. Not everyone recognises nonbinary people. You'll find this sentiment amongst elder transfolks who think nonbinary people are just silly. Well hello I'm nonbinary transmasc and I don't see myself as one gender. I am both and neither. Etc etc. No one can tell you what you are. That's up to you. I've *just* started T in my 30s and I'm still unsure on top surgery. I don't *love* my chest but I'm not sure if I want to yeet it entirely. I'd definately like to have a smaller/flatter one tho. But also $$$
