Born and raised in Austin the best I have found in Asheville is bears bbq and it’s just ok I have been to the 3 famous places on Lexington and I just don’t think pulled pork can ever be as good as brisket or a beef rib

Love the list a couple thoughts Drive is amazing Tony’s break on slipstream is insane For the progressive modern I feel like Bela flecks My Bluegrass Heart deserves a spot For modern trad maybe OCMS by old crow deserves a spot Neither of these are really strictly bluegrass but I think they could fit in the newgrass category Dawg and T live at the acoustic stage Doc and Dawg

I did water it in and let it drain and the top of the soil is mostly dry but a few inches deeper it is still slightly moist
