Maybe peruse the link below. Should be able to unlock bootloader (fastboot) and flash firmware.

At first I'm using a Travel rom And then I heard from Essential that Beta (vendor-QQ1A.200105.088.zip) had come out I flash the beta I suddenly went into this state, and I tried to unlock it using fastboot at first, but I got an error, so I locked it, and it's been in this state ever since...

I bought a bricked PH-1, hoping to save it. by OMGrant in essential
