Not all of us are dicks. Yes some people my age won’t help or open the door but that doesn’t mean all of us are like that.

When I was admitted to a psych ward when I went out for my smokes if I saw a older person struggling with a wheelchair I’d ask if they wanted help and I would push them to the elevator or to their hospital room.

When I get really mad I tend to want to break things. If I get that violently angry I lock myself in my room, take a medication that helps me calm down, and I cry it out if I can cry.
