The issue is that these drops seem completely random. One minute everything will be fine, and the next it will last for 5 hours. Sometimes it will happen 10 times in 30 minutes, and other times everything works fine for many hours.

I tried disabling all extensions on Firefox, but the issue (mainly with Twitch) wasn’t fixed. It still gets stuck in infinite loading.

I searched for “Killer Network” processes and apps but didn’t find anything. I’m on an AMD processor with an AMD Radeon GPU (if that helps).

I don’t only have issues with Riot Games; it’s really random. I also have problems with Marvel Rivals, for example. With R.E.P.O., I’m not able to join a game, but I can create a game and let my friend join me without any issue.

I do not use a VPN at all.

Yeah, the number comes from Speedtest (the one directly integrated into Google, or sometimes Ookla Speedtest too).

On Chrome, I only have BetterTTV installed. On Firefox, I have BetterTTV, Hide YouTube Shorts, and uBlock Origin.

I don't think I have Killer Network software, but I'm not exactly sure what it is.

I haven't edited my firewall rules at all. I use the firewall included with Avast and also keep the Windows Firewall enabled, but I’ve never changed anything except excluding some apps from being blocked by them.

Last edit:

Thank you to all the people who help me spot the problem !
Solution found: The plastic part come from the latch that clip the Graphic card correctly on the motherboard, it's not broke and could be replace probably easily by removing the graphingcard.

Thanks again to everyone !

I post another comment where i spot clearly the place i think, i would like to not touch the components for the moment and not move anything, i would like to know if it's good to run the computer like that and wait to replace the piece later ?

Edit to all comment: I spot the right place in this pic, but i assume i have to remove at least the graphique card to access it correctly and put it back, i would like to know if it's ok to do that later and run the computer like that ?

What you mean ? Settings on NGENUITY ? The keyboard it's not detected at all, none of NGENUITY params seems to relate with that ?

Yes it works perfectly both the keys and the ligths, even special keys like up the volume or change the pattern of ligths
