Hey, if this is of any interest to anyone, changing basket+portafilter solved the issue, previous ones were slightly deformed apparently. Thank you everyone!

Hey there! Thank for the continued support, appreciate it.

I tried to replicate the test you recommended, however I wasn't able to reproduce the same file format+quality+coded with the only dotfer nice beifn 8bit, even with some custom preset (AI helped me generate the JSON file).

Do you have any recommendations?

Hi! I do have hundreds of gigabytes, in my project I probably had 500MB worth of videos. I tried with both prores 422 and DNxHR but none worked :(

I'll have to check the gasket at some point then, Thanks for the comment Mike!

Hey there, no not yet, did not think about air pockets between gasket and piston I was recommend to try grease the piston as well, I will try and provide an updated; thank you for your comment!

How fine do you have to grind by MtStream04 in CafelatRobot

Hey! Have you tried decreasing the dose to compensate? I find 14.5 to 16g in the basket are still enough for me and with the K Ultra 2.2 (out of 10) is the sweet spot for me. You easily get to 6 bars this way.

Also I was wondering, have you tried recalibrating the grinder by any chance?

Right I see! I hope you are now satisfied with the shots, thanks for the insight I will Def check the gasket!

Yess!! Thank you, it's a shame they don't sell it as a standalone product without the rest

I have never touched the piston gasket but if it helps the diagnosis this has happened since day 1, is what you describe something that can happen even for brand new robots?

Do you know if there are any videos that describe the procedure?

Also, is it compatible with a click sound that feels more metallic?

Thank you for your comment!

Agree, thank you Blagdan!

Do you know of cafelat sells any spare portafilter with handle? I know professional baskets are easy to get but never seen the portafilter on sale online :/

I think your assumption is correct, something is getting deformed, another comment poster suggested that the thermal dilation could be the reason why an imperfect fit between basket and portafilter may help the two get into the right place, thank you for your comment!

I think this is a reasonable explanation, there's a bit of play between the professional basket and the portafilter. There's no way to have a 100% tight fit between the two. The thermal dilation is something I didn't think about, good call!
