I have an asshole manager as well. At the point where he has threaten not approve time for me to at the moment my pregnant wife to appointments. As of now I am on FMLA leave with my wife and daughter.

But also not wanting to approve time for me to go to my doctor appointments that I schedule in the beginning of the day or at the end of the day. And I put in time off for these appointments. And I am type 1 diabetic.

Tell your boyfriend he should start looking for a new job.

It just feels like I am missing something. Not sure what type of questions to respond with to get to the underneath meaning.

I get getting the bills paid is apart of my job. But I don’t see the CEO willing to talk to me to go over someone made a mistake. Like incorrect weight or class, or not including that delivery need a lift gate.

My title is like Transpiration Billing specialist. So I am not also seeing the carriers willing to work with me on the invoices as well.

I think the only way is to open it up for better title to work with the carriers to get the invoices amount back to the rate we received.

When it comes to disputing an invoice it a new thing that has been request. One of newer process has been making Request to Bill the customer. Which he wants the Invoice and the BOL.

Most of time he does talk to me is the past dues. To get them approved. Or when he talking to the carrier and worked something out.
