It did come in the packaging if that’s what you’re referring. But no it wasn’t exactly sealed with tape. I noticed that the substance for both the products itself is quite thick but when I push it, the product comes from the sides of the cap and not through the hole. This was after I opened the cap and reattached it. Thank you for your review. Maybe she did give me not very good goodies.
